Tutoring Services and Experience
I am a certified teacher, and have taught for 5 years. I can help your middle or high school student succeed in English Language Arts, Social Studies, or just helping with enforcing general study skills using the skills and resources I have gained through my teaching experience.
Depending on your goals, tutoring sessions can be extra lessons to enforce concepts your student is struggling with in class, homework help, or practice and study skill help for general studies, or for PAT and Diploma exams.
In Language Arts we could focus on reading comprehension or writing skills. In Social Studies, if your student is struggling with a key concept or with essay writing, we can work on that.
I am not limited to these specifics, however, and if your student is struggling in any aspect, please contact me and I can make a plan to help them to succeed.
