Tutoring Services and Experience
I graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Mathematical Sciences. In pursuit of this degree I took many University level Math and Physics courses. Upon graduating, beginning in 2005, I started tutoring a few students. As the months and years went by I tutored more and more students, and it's grown into my full time business. I've tutored many people for at least one year, and some of them several years throughout all years of high school and into University. If a student is in school, I gear my lesson towards what they are currently studying in school. This includes clarifying concepts the students have learned, help with homework, and creating my own practice problems for them which I believe help them understand things that are important. I of course design my own independent lesson if a student is not in school. Over the years I've created many conjectures with the material that are important for understanding that I of course share with my students. I've worked with a broad range of students from those who are learning disabled to students who are very bright and looking to improve their mark as much as possible. When I tutor students, I give them my complete undivided attention and say and do whatever I feel is best to assist them at any time. Parents are welcome to listen in on my lessons and I'm confident that you'll be pleased with my work.
