My philosophy: Building an inclusive and equitable environment with students that foster creativity and individuality. By providing a safe community, students will be able to exercise their creativity and the tools around them to cultivate their own gardens of knowledge.

Tutoring Services and Experience
I believe in project based learning because it engages students in tasks that are relevant to their lives. Not only does real-life applications provide meaningful learning for our students, but it also promotes their love for learning. This method allows us to guide our students to cultivate their own garden of knowledge both inside and outside the classrooms.
Real-world applications are enhanced by using cohesive learning paradigm such as the STEM learning concept. Rather than teaching science, technology, engineering, and mathematics as separate entities, the curriculum should be approached as an interdisciplinary subject. A blended learning environment allows students to link scientific methods to everyday life. I believe that it can improve students’ computational thinking and problem solving in the real world.
Furthermore, incorporating 21st century skills is crucial in devising projects that are relevant to our lives. We live in a world where the digital whelm shapes our everyday life. It is of utmost importance to model ongoing learning by learning and using the most up to date technological skills. Building a strong foundation of the current knowledge of the world, allows our students to be set up for success in the future.
Asides from a deep understanding of curricular content, social and emotional needs of our students are equally as important in achieving success. I am a huge advocate for character building education. I believe that a strong and moral character can help bring our students further in life than just intellectual achievements.
