Tutoring Services and Experience
I am currently in University, working towards a Bachelors in International Relations and Business, eventually leading to my goal of becoming a lawyer. I am passionate about helping people and specifically would like to get involved in Wolrdwide Human Rights Issues, and fight for children in Developing countries to receive rights.
I have volunteered the past five years in many different non-profit organization including the Red Cross Anti-bullying movement, Kids helping kids, several school based philanthropy groups. I have always loved taking care of people and am especially gravitated towards children.In the past I have volunteered at my local elementary school, working with kids in class in various subjects.
As a mentor to children I find it very important to be patient and dedicated to finding the perfect way for the child to learn, many believe that everyone should learnt the same and I strongly disagree with this. Every kid has their own way of learning and it is best to learn these ways at a young age. I believe in interactive and hands on learning with many different learning aids. I have experience and knowledge in a number of different subjects and adore explaining and showing children things about the world, and building the foundation they need in order to have a successful future.
Time management, practice and organizing are a huge component to my way of approaching teaching and this goes for kids of all ages.
