When it comes to helping my students/clients, I strive for understanding. I believe that a student will truly succeed when they fully understand the concept, as opposed to memorize the steps/concept. By helping them understand, the student is more capable of applying their knowledge to different problems. Throughout my 6 years of tutoring, I have also had the privilege of tutoring special needs students... such a rewarding experience to see their perseverance and willingness to succeed.
