I'm an experienced tutor and Creative Writing Master's student at UBC, with extensive teaching experience at institutions including UBC, Pinetree Secondary, and University Hill Secondary. I have bilingual (English/Mandarin) teaching skills.

Currently accepting new students for one-on-one tutoring and group classes.

My detailed qualifications:
- Currently finishing the final year of my Master's in Creative Writing at UBC
- Senior Teaching Assistant for UBC's Creative Writing department, where I taught undergraduate students (Creative Writing classes 200, 203, 209, 303)
- Trained Creative Writing TAs as the TA Coordinator and serve as a TA mentor
- Completed 550+ hours of tutoring as a Writing Tutor at the UBC Writing Centre
- Taught Creative Writing as a mentor at University Hill Secondary for 30 students
- Former Tutor and Teaching Assistant at Pinetree Secondary School, received the English Department Award
- 6 years of private tutoring experience
- Bilingual, fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese

- 50-60/hr for one-on-one sessions based on grade level
- Discount available per student if you are a group of 2-3 students who want to study together. Email me for details.
- I also run occasional GROUP classes for university writing, provincial exams, and English exams like TOEFL and IELTS if there are more than 5 students interested.
