Tutoring Services and Experience
I have experience as a Teaching Assistant at McMaster University, and have tutored high school and university students in Math/Stats, especially Calculus. Students of all disciplines are welcome. With a little psychology, I have helped Arts students overcome their fear of Math. My education includes an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Math/Stats (class of 1996), with a minor in Biochemistry, and a Masters of Business Administration degree (MBA graduated 2001). Tutoring in MBA graduate level business courses also available in such subjects as: Corporate Finance, Financial Accounting, Business Math, Business Statistics, Management Science, Information Systems. GMAT test training also provided. (My GMAT quantitative test score was in the 91st percentile of world wide applicants.) I can help you attain the right mindset to increase your speed, think fast and be confident on your test day. Also available to tutor High School level courses in: any Math course, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Accounting.

Aside from working in the education industry, other industries I have worked in include: the Biosciences industry, Banking/Wealth Management/Insurance industry, Oil/Gas industry, and Consulting. I’ve had roles as Budget/Financial Analyst, Fund Accountant (for a Wall street company), Actuary's Assistant, Business Systems Analyst, Project Management, Information Systems Consultant and Technical/Writer, within Corporate Finance/Accounting departments, Information Systems department, Engineering departments, and an Advanced Analytics department.
