Tutoring Services and Experience
- My tutoring sessions help students build their academic and learning skills
- Through tutoring I provide students with additional academic support that is in excess of what can be offered to students in the classroom
- As a tutor I aim to help students become independent and successful learners who have confidence in their abilities
- Through tutoring sessions I help students build their self-esteem and I also provide them with strategies that allow them to be successful in the classroom

In the past I have worked as a tutor for the York Region District School Board and the Brantford Halidmand Norfolk Catholic District School Board. I have also volunteered and completed a practicum placement in the Epilepsy Classroom at The Hospital for Sick Children. This allowed me to work within a multidisciplinary team in order to support students educational, medical and social needs.
