I had contacted learnon.ca back in April my request was to have my daughter tutored for the summer to be prepared for grade 1. I was given a response immediately with an enthusiastic we will be able to help with that no problem. In June I made a file however, nothing happened. I email and called over the span of a month and was ignored. However, was able to hear on the phone how emails are always answered within 1 hour. And in email it states to call them if you need attention immediately... funny neither of these worked. On July 16 I was finally emailed with "a tutor has been assigned to you they will contact you in 48 hours if not let us know. Well more weeks went by and still nothing. More emails and calls were made and still ignored. Finally yesterday August 2 I found my tutors email. I emailed her and cc'd learnon. She responded right away stating she recieved an email weeks ago about someone needing a tutor but no contact information was given to her.. she asked what I needed, when I told her she replied that she doesnt deal with young kids... yes you can imaginemy frustration by this point. She then triedto pass me off on to someone else. I emailed learnon once more and said I was done. They aren't a good company. Yes cheaper but service is horrible. And seeing below how they hire says it all. Im using teacherspet who have been amazing. Please do yourself a favor and find another company spend a little more to get quality.

As a tutor with LearnOn, I have to say this is a sketchy organization. They've never interviewed or talked to me once and the application form was minimal at best. In other words, there are no assurances that you're LearnOn tutor will be any good. For the last couple months I've been running 60-minute sessions with my students, and the parents have informed me that LearnOn supposedly has a 90-minute minimum per session, and is thus charging them at 90-minutes per session. Interestingly, LearnOn was more than happy to only pay me for 60 minutes, and take 100% of the money they charge for the half hour of tutoring that never takes place. Also, both sets of parents that are dealing with this have told me that LearnOn hasn't replied to their emails for over three weeks. My advice: go through a different company. You might pay a few dollars more, but the tutor will have gone through an interview process and the company won't be a faceless organization run from who knows where (I've never met or talked to anyone from LearnOn. The company is seriously one big sketchy mystery.)

Helped my son and then my daughter. Fast and affordable, one tutor was a 4th year unvierstiy student, another was a lte 20sometihng. Both knowledgeable and friendly.

help came pretty quickly, hard to reach them on the phone, but great on email, my son increased his mark by 7% on the final report card. they did a good job.

Good service, good prices, I recommend them. They are not high school tutors, I am not sure why previous people say that. We had a 4th year b.com student come and teach my son calculus, he did a great job, the final mark went up considerably by exam time. I would use again.

Took a few days to get started, they are very busy, but try to meet your needs. A bit hard to get them on the phone which can be frustrating, but once you figure out how they work they are really awesome help!
