This tutor was fired and his contract was canceled as he demonstrated unprofessional behaviour with the client and the management team at BrainSmart. As a tutor he was very enthusiastic and knowledgable in his subject area however lacked professional conduct. We at BrainSmart strive for high quality services and when tutors demonstrate rude and unprofessional conduct with clients and management we prefer to NOT have them on our team.

Writing this review as a formal tutor employed by Brainsmart. Avoid this place at all cost. Worst management (run by one owner who calls herself a coordinator) and what a rip-off rate.

She is not in the town 50% of time and just taking commission from tutors for free. It's all up to tutors and parents if there is any issue. Register at your own risk
