I am a UVic undergraduate with several years of tutoring experience. I was a former mathematics teaching assistant for Foundations of Math and Pre-Calculus 10. I've also helped ESL students to not only overcome their language barriers, but provide them with the full learning experience.

Tutoring Services and Experience
I've been tutoring students in elementary, middle, and high school in math and sciences since 2014.

My tutoring approach is to spend time understanding where students struggle and then provide clear explanations that pertain to their difficulties. I try to focus and build on the foundations of students' subject knowledge.

I prefer to guide students into understanding concepts in depth. I believe that this strategy will allow students to properly apply theories in Math, rather than simply memorizing the steps. I enjoy helping people academically and illuminate students' interests in math and sciences.
