A little bit about me:
I'm currently a second year university student attending the University of British Columbia studying in the faculty of Science and pursuing a combined major in microbiology and immunology and computer science. In high school, I’ve received many academic awards in physics, social studies, geography, and english, which allowed me to receive not only straight A’s, but also an achievement with great distinction. I’ve also taken all the AP classes for Biology and Chemistry and have done exceptionally well in those subject areas as well. I’m also fluent in both English and Mandarin!

Experience:
In the past, I’ve volunteered as a teaching assistant at the Tzu Chi Academy and also at the Homework help club at the Coquitlam public library. I’ve also worked at Kumon Math and English Learning Center as an assistant instructor for about a year. There, I built a positive reputation for Kumon through my commitment to help students strive for success.

Where:
I can hold tutoring sessions in my house on Westwood Plateau in Coquitlam or in any public locations (i.e. library, coffee shop, Henderson Mall, etc.) I prefer not to do house-calls; however, I may make an exception.

Price:
I charge $20-30/hour, depending on the level of the student. Group rates are also available as well, which I typically charge from $15~25/hour.
